Individual and Team Coaching

 

Coaching is an activity wherein a coach, in a trusting, non-judgmental environment, leads a client – via an intentional process of questioning, listening, paraphrasing, and encouragement – to arrive at a conclusion or plan of action on an issue using know-ledge, experience, and resources possessed by the client. 

 

Ray coaches individuals and executive teams. Clients are scattered throughout the country and sessions are done by both on-site meetings and telephone. 

 

Leadership Mentoring

 

Mentoring is an activity in which an experienced leader, in a trusting, non-judgmental environment, guides a less experienced individual through a process of learning basic management and leadership skills and understanding essential core values such as integrity, defining organizational clarity – vision, mission, strategy and structure – with the express purpose of preparing the individual for increased leadership and management positions.

 

Meeting Facilitation

 

Planning to deal with difficult markets and economic challenges is best done with key company leaders in an off-site setting. Best results are achieved with an outside professional who is experienced in facilitating corporate-level strategic planning sessions.

 

Ray facilitates 1- or 2-day off-site planning retreats. These challenging meetings result in significantly more effective leadership teams, improved strategic plans, and specific action plans. Creative thinking will happen at these events. Tools used include traditional strategic planning and scenario planning.

 

Keynote Speaker

 

Ray is available to speak to your group on a variety of topics such as communication, leadership, organizational clarity, accountability, delegating effectively and life balance. Formats range for 30 to 45 minutes to executive workshops lasting about 3 hours.
